Our experience with current clients of ours has allowed us to develop an online fleet vehicle tracking and reporting system which is both easy to use and provides the features and reports you really need.
You can quickly generate instant on screen reports using the HTML report generator or if you prefer to printout the report or save the report to hard disk, you can easily produce a PDF report at the click of a button.
To automate the process further, you can quickly set up a scheduled email report which can be delivered straight into your Inbox at specified intervals. Scheduled email reports are sent as a PDF file attached to the email.
To allow you to make your reports easier to read, you also have the facility to create Geo-zones, this feature lets you enter a postcode or location address and give it a name, eg 'head office'.
Another useful funtion is the Proximity feature. This allows you to enter an address or postcode and find out which of your vehicles is the nearest. A list of all your vehicles is cascaded in order of distance, with the nearest vehicle at the top of the list.
